*All orders are subject to specimen availability, but we can back order or special order a shell with a 50% deposit from the customer. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable on special ordered materials, if they are not paid in full at time of arrival or the transaction is not finalized. However, our 100% customer satisfaction policy will remain in force even on special orders. Our customer satisfaction policy on special orders, precludes changing one's mind or not having enough funds to complete the transaction when the product arrives at our offices. Keeping our prices at discount levels, requires that we have cooperation from our customers to help keep revenue loss down to a minimum.
We charge a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled or unpaid orders as it isn't fair to your fellow collectors who may have wanted the shells that weren't paid for.
**Due To Recent Changes- New International Customers are subject to Credit Card Verification on orders over $500.00 Before An Order Will Ship. We do not accept any credit card transactions from Nigeria at any time. We have the right to refuse any order if we suspect it to be fradulent in any way.We also no longer accept bank transfers unless the order is over $1000.00 and there is a $30.00 bank charge on our side that has to be covered by the customer. We accept payment only in US Dollars and do not accept EUROS at this time.
